Okay...I'm going to start a hair care regimen that focuses on healthy hair and hair growth. I'm going to try my darnedest to steer clear of heat as much as possible except for my deep conditioners. When I have to do something special however, I am going to use my damn flatiron hell.
Hair Starting Point

I just wanted to know why you made this site is it for personal purposes? Or do you want to help all us others who have questions about how to take care of our hair? Either way I just think that all this is absolutly helpful and you should be really proud!

I don't think it is neccessary to use the most expensive products to get the results you are getting. My mother is a hairstylist and she uses whatever the customer requests however she will tell a customer if you don't like the results by using less expensive products I will pay for your next treatment and they always switch to the products she suggests.
I do agree your hairwashing advice. We as black women are always forgetting how important it is to wash our hair. Washing puts back moisture as long as you condition right after washing.
