My first goal was APL (armpit length), it took me 6 months to get there. I figure it will take me another year to get to BSL (bra strap length) doing what I'm doing.

wow.. congratulations! what a difference! looks like we started this regime thing around the same time and have the same amount of growth. i can't wait for the one year mark.
