In blogland, there is an unwritten code that we all adhere to. If someone on your blogroll is being trolled...you use your resources to help find out who said troll is. Why? Safety first my friends...safety first.
What is a troll you ask? Someone who tries to tag folks while keeping their anonymity intact. Like...you talk shit about someone and say this, that or the other about them when you don't even KNOW them well enough to even have a serious negative opinion of them since our blogs are only a minute portion of who we are. You see pictures of us and read what we WANT to write about and we don't know ish about YOU.
We don't know what you look like, where you live, where you work, etc.
Unless we go-a-looking.
This code spans eBeef, genres, skin colors, etc. This code is in place because, as bloggers, there is a certain level of comfort in knowing that no one is ever TRULY anonymous on the internet.
Look to the right to see who is on my blogroll. If you are trolling one of those blogs and the owner of the blog is looking for additional information in order to make sure you aren't some whacko they actually know in real life who is checking for them...whatever resource that I, as a blogger, can offer them...I extend.
Because I know the same is extended to me.
Stop doing evil shit. If you don't like them people...don't go over there. Simple.
NOTHING IS ANONYMOUS ON THE INTERNET FOLKS. THE SOONER YOU REALIZE THAT...THE BETTER FOR ALL INVOLVED.
SIP: That is all.
