Say you buy a cute looking bottle of something to drink.
The bottle says it has 25 grams of sugar per serving.
The bottle also says it has 2 servings in that bottle.
So if you drink it all...that's 50 grams of sugar you're rolling with.
That's TWELVE AND A HALF TEASPOONS OF SUGAR in that drink.
Dude...have you EVER put TWELVE AND A HALF TEASPOONS of sugar in a drink? Like...REALLY?
I hope this visual helps you make the SIP screwed up face from now on when choosing something to drink and I REALLY hope it makes you think about what what you're giving the children to drink.
ONE TEASPOON OF SUGAR EQUALS 4 GRAMS!Don't DRINK yourself fat...mmkay?
What say you? Did you ever think of it this way?
