Please notice the date and time an email was sent to me and the date and time I received it:
As you can see...there was a 12 hour delay.
I wish I could say this was the longest but truthfully...this has been happening 20 hours or more.
I am a small business owner.
This has been going on now for about 2 weeks.
Being SEEMINGLY unresponsive to people I do business with is NOT something I can afford.
When I called customer service I was told that you guys are aware of the problem and are working on it. That is all. No further explanation.
I have an unlimited everything family cellphone plan with Verizon Wireless.
My home phone is with Verizon.
We have the top of the line cable package with Verizon Fios.
We have our high speed internet access with Verizon Fios.
We are the type of customers you should keep happy.
We receive our bills...we pay our bills.
AND YOU KNOW THEY AREN'T CHEAP.
We pay a significant PREMIUM for your services.
That said...I'd appreciate a better answer other than...we're working on it.
