I was reading a magazine and there was a quick blurb about how to save tomato paste. It stated to put it in a plastic bag and freeze it and break off pieces to add to soup, stews, etc. Even said you could add it to a Bloody Mary.
I thought that was sooooooooo cool! If I ever use the tomato paste in a can again...I'm sooooooooo doing this with the leftovers!
