Thirteen grams of sugar per serving. Four servings. That's 52 grams of sugar. If there are 4 grams of sugar in one teaspoon, that means I just sat there and shoveled 13 teaspoons of sugar in my mouth, down my throat, into my blood stream, leaving little sugar footprints all up and through my major organs, settling in for a stay in my stomach.
I felt horrible.
But look at how quickly that happens. Just doody doody do...SUGAR.
I got up and drank a large glass of hot water and lemon juice and just felt disgusted with myself for the rest of the day.
Does this ever happen to you? Do you ever eat something...realize exactly what you just did to your body and then you feel sick to your stomach?
I'm totally going off sugar for a month. I'll only get sugar in natural foods. No added refined sugar. None.
I still feel ugh.
Anybody want to cut out refined sugar with me?
