That's the message I just got from my LaCie d2 Quadra 301110U 500 GB eSATA/FireWire800/FireWire400/USB 2.0 External Hard Drive. I bought it on September 17, 2007 so it's out of the year warranty. Anybody know anything about? Cuz I am NOT pleased. I just submitted a ticket and have a feeling it won't be answered until Monday.
