Robby's birthday is tomorrow but I'm cooking one of his favorite meals today. Yup...pot roast with root veggies! He's gonna lose his mind because he LOVES pot roast and it's something I only cook a couple of times a year.
I'm trying to feel better...I promise I am and the cooking helps especially when it's something like pot roast cuz it's a PROCESS. At least the way I do it is. I do it the way my mother taught me with a few new tricks I've learned along the way.
Before you ask for the recipe, I video'd the process and I'll edit it once it's cooked completely, which is at least another two hours, so we can compare notes. Yes...I'm SERIOUS about my pot roast. LOL! Ask Weezy. I taught him how to make a pot roast and now he considers it one of his specialties!
