Her birthday is coming up and her husband is renting a suite and a limousine to take her and several of her closest girlfriends to and from a concert in the city.
She invites you along.
You agree to go.
A week or so later...she calls and tells you she decided not to do it because of the cost and would rather just have a few of her closest friends join she and her husband for dinner and would like you and your S/O to join them.
