It's no secret I'm unhappy with the way things are going in the land of politiking right now so I'm going to need the President to quell my fears something serious. I don't feel good about a lot of stuff and I think they have some SERIOUS 'splainin to do to all of us who supported his candidacy built on CHANGE. I ain't seen ish change. Just MUCH more of the same reckless spending. Sure...it's not all on war...but it's spending NONE.THE.LESS.

I ain't no political expert nor am a pundit. I'm an American with a blog who has good damn sense and understands that ish just ain't right right now and I need them to GET it right. Yeah it's only been a year. But the year is 1/4th of the way. The way they are messing around 2010 elections are gonna be straight landslide Republican and the Republicans haven't given me ANY indication that they want anything other than corporate "governance" and we all know where that got us before. Deregulation anyone?

Financial rescue program? Okay...the markets are stabilized and we got most of the money back. But where are the jobs? I don't know about this big bank fee either. Seems to me that's just trying something just to answer the critics. I understand bonus structures and I'm good with that.
Cheaper COBRA is good but hell...if folks don't have jobs and have to liquidate IRAs to pay for the damn coverage...what good is that gonna be? How are we going to pay for people in the future who don't have a retirement fund because they had to spend it now?
