When I get in a breakfast rut I have to shake it up a bit around here. Sometimes I want oatmeal...sometimes I don't. Sometimes I want scrambled eggs...sometimes I just want the whites. Sometimes I want a green drink. Sometimes I don't. I know I'm not the only person this happens to either. Sure...I still make good choices because that's all we have in the house but yeah...I gotta switch it up often.
What gives? What are you ON these days and what are you just not in the mood for?
