I'm not a tattoo kinda chick. I never liked them on guys I dated nor would I have ever rocked one myself. I know folks WITH them, of course, and I have to say that I guess I do have an opinion on what I consider a TASTEFUL tattoo with TASTEFUL placement.
And THIS is not one.
