A teacher notices a bully in her class.
It disturbs her.
On a day when the kid isn't in school she asks the class about bullying.
MOST of the kids tell her about an instance where the absent kid bullied them.
He spit on one.
He threatened to shoot and kill others.
He shoved some.
Hit some.
The list goes on.
The teacher writes it all down and contacts the parents, the school and the administration.
Nothing happens so she contacts the police to see if there is something she can do via them and was told no.
The next day she was put on paid administrative leave.
The kids in question are 7.
