Recently a friend told me they only eat twice a day.
They are puzzled as to why they doesn't lose weight.
It's because the body is smart and knows what it needs to have in order to have enough energy so you can move. When it realizes that it doesn't get refueled up adequately...it starts storing all of the fat to use and STOPS burning it.
It doesn't make sense to starve yourself. Eat small meals throughout the day that are beneficial to your body. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits and when you have meat...make sure it's unprocessed and lean.
Pay attention and...BE.MORE.VAIN!
I'm no where near a nutritionist mind you but this is how I understand it to be.
