When this posts I will be getting out of Deuce to go pick up our turkey from the Amish Market.
I gotta pick up some bell peppers, celery and onions too.
Then I'll return home and put it in the brine.
Then...if everyone is still in agreement, we're going to the city to do some museums.
And then we're going to return home so I can build the stuffed peppers and the cornbread dressing.
Because tomorrow is MY super bowl. I love, love, LOVE Thanksgiving cooking. It requires such a strategic dance to get everything lined up properly and perfectly.
And it makes me happy.
