Last night my husband and I noted the state of our flag flying at your store #2560 and we were APPALLED!
I asked to speak to a manager and took him outside to show him. I shared with him that it was unacceptable. I asked him did he need me to tell them the proper way to lay the flag to rest and he shared they had procedures by which to do it properly.
I left him by letting him know that this should NEVER, EVER, EVER happen and that I'd be back today to check.
I went back this morning to see if it was taken care of and it wasn't.
I was told the store didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach it.
At Home Depot.
*BLINK*
I posted this on Facebook and my friends, who love our country as much as I do, are all appalled and I'm sure you've heard from some of them by now and, hopefully, a bunch more people will call you once this is posted.
This is so unacceptable.
Fix it.
