I put the brine on to boil and The Robinator watched it while I was gone and get the cooling process ready! I've returned with our FABULOUS turkey and I will be putting it in the brining solution at exactly 10:30 am so it will be ready to come out of the brine at exactly 10:30 am tomorrow morning to be prepared for cooking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
