One of my favorite people on EARTH is actress, Kari Nicolle. Kari is a creative muse for us kinda in that she has that calming level of influence that we sometimes need in order to see our way clear.
We love the hell outta Kari.
Kari walked up to me the other day and stated, "Well...you know it's the end of the trip when Monica goes into full braid mode!" And we laughed our azzes off cuz it's sooooooooooo true! LOL!
I always start a trip out with my hair looking all bouncy, nice and full.
Then...it goes all limp and straight which is cute for all of 20 minutes and I have to keep smoothing it behind my ear to look right.
Next I braid the sides and let the back hang.
Then I braid the sides and ponytail the back.
Final days will see me in side braids with a bun.
And I can't STAND Kari for picking up on my hair trip pattern. LOL! Cuz that means everyone else does too!
