I found a new mirror I liked last night. This was would have been the third one I purchased in as many weeks. The other two had to go back because they didn't work for me even though they had the shape I was looking for. Well...one actually made it back to the store...the other one is sitting at the front door ready to be RETURNED to the store. LOL!
What do you think of this one? I was looking for round or oval with a substantial frame. After trying out lighter colors, I felt the darker color would ground that big azz yellow wall MUCH better.
The room is shaping up. I found a pillow I like better than the ones I've been using. Yes...you read right. I found ONE pillow. I've located another one online so I'll purchase that one by the time the holidays are gone.
I changed the lampshade on that lamp to the left and added two new lamps on the painted buffet/chest. (I guess I should remove the furniture movers from under the legs since I'm obviously going to keep it there huh? ROFL!) I have several options in mind for new ceiling lighting because that current contraption has been killing me softly for YEARS!
Still looking for the perfect chairs mind you...but I wouldn't have space for them now anyway with the tree so I'm going to just keep looking.
I can't believe I'm only just NOW focusing on finishing this room but it's the perfect testament to taking your time and doing it right TO ME.

What say you? Mirror good? What do you think of my pace? LOL! We've been in this house for 8 years and this year is the first I've actually tried to focus on this room. Trifling huh? Go 'head...tell me the truth. I can handle it. LOL!
