I was...um...surprised.
Apparently...it can be quite common if your diet and exercise isn't what it should be.
WHEN EATING HEALTHY & EXERCISING, HOW MANY BOWEL MOVEMENTS SHOULD YOU HAVE A DAY?
Do YOU poop daily? If you didn't...would you go see a doctor? Do you check out your poop to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary?
