I'll be honest when I say I only use prep bowls when I'm trying to keep the kitchen as clean as possible while cooking because I have company coming over or I'm recording what I'm doing. I have a stackable set that I bought at TJMaxx for like $7.99 for about 6 in the stack of varying sizes.
You put each ingredient in it's own bowl and then put the source product away. Keeps everything neat.
