As an appetizer recently, I served these with cubes of pepper jack cheese and an assortment of olives. I simply sliced the sausages in half lengthwise and put them on a hot griddle skillet for about 5 minutes. They are already fully cooked...just needed heating.
I won't tell you they almost caused a fight cuz a hostess fighting over the last sausage is uncouth and whatnot and I try my best to be couthish.
