I love good eating. I seriously do. On the top of my good eating list is a good, colorful and flavorful salad. Like...my salads be EPIC! People actually have salads here and ask me for the salad recipe. I'm like...honestly...I just threw together what I knew I liked and would taste good.

But now salad dressings that I can eat are hard to come by. My FAVORITE salad dressing isn't gluten-free so I had to make my own version of it:
Truth be told however...sometimes I'm just not in the mood for all of that. LOL!
I was in Whole Foods one day last week and a woman was sauteing fresh veggies with this sauce: Tessamae's Soy Ginger
After assuring me it was gluten-free, I tried some. And then I bought some. And the same veggies she was using. And I went home. And I was in SAUCE.HEAVEN!
And now...I own three different ones and shall be adding to that I'm sure.
