We've been wanting to move home now for 5 years. This past winter I told my love that I didn't want to spend another winter up here and then told him to move us home for my 45th birthday gift. I'll be darned if my dude didn't make it happen. You know...cuz he's all super awesome and whatnot! Needless to say we have SO MUCH TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 13700 as we know it will be officially closed as of October 1 so if you want to see me before then...you won't see me again until you come to New Orleans next time. And if you visit 13700 between now and then...I'm going to need you to turn a blind eye to the packing process because it's a DOOZY! LOL!
It's going to be a super busy and potentially crazy year and a half for us as we transition. All I know for sure is that I have a porch in my future with rocking chairs, ceiling fans and ferns. OH YEAH! #SouthernGirl
I don't have to tell you we're over the moon and beyond. I lost one of my Elders recently and I want to be in driving distance of everyone I love so I can get to them often and quickly. We miss our family like crazy and with New Orleans being the new "Hollywood" this is truly God answering all of our prayers.
